Week #73 - Last Week!

I love my mission with all my heart and soul and then some!!  I am so grateful to be here!!  I have learned so much, and I am excited to come share it with all of you too!

SO THIS WEEK WE HAD SOME VISITOR'S: THE PIANO GUYS

They came and did a surprise fireside for the missionaries, and it was the most wonderful thing.  They are inspiring with their testimonies and their consecration and their love of God and of their families.  They all cried as they bore testimony of Christ and the gospel and the importance of their families. I was really just blown away!

What impressed me the most I think though, is that they all bore testimonies of their missions, and how grateful they were that they had served, because it has prepared them for their whole life. They talked about how much they had learned, and how the mission never ends!  You just keep going!

What a blessing it was to be able to talk to them right before I go home.  I believe them, and know that I just keep on serving the Lord, just in different callings :)

I am so grateful for my mission.  I love you all.  I bear testimony that Christ lives!

I sure will miss Christmas Markets!

Lots of Miracles!

Hallo Liebschens,

Sooo this week was wonderful.  MIRACLES were poured down....and I wish I had time to tell you about them all....but I don't....

Things are good though!  José is still just being a miracle and finding answers and it is a blessing to see the light and understanding growing in his face.  We had the most AMAZING Zone Training Meeting of my entire mission on Wednesday, and I am just so grateful to able to serve with so many inspiring and faithful missionaries!!!  Also, I love the members here with all my heart and soul!  There was a lot of AMMONJOY for Sister Stringham with the memebers this week, and I am so grateful for their examples to me.  How blessed am I to be here?!?

I have 16 days left folks!  I trust that the Lord is right by my side, and that we will see many miracles before I leave.  I love you all like crazy and am so grateful for the support you have given me the last 18 months.  How blessed I am to be here.  I love my mission.  Keep shining lovelies!

Week #71 - Humbled and Happy

So this week was wonderful!  I love my mission!  With all my heart and soul, and I am just so humbled and honored that I have been able to serve here.  I have learned so much and experienced so much and met so many people I love so much and have become so much closer with my Savior.  I love my mission, and I am so grateful to be here.
So time is short, but this week...

Jose is still just being a miracle :)

We had to say goodbye to Ronny who is headed back to China.  SHE is AMAZING.  This girl is such an inspiration to me, and it has truly been a blessing to know her.  I know our whole ward will really miss having her here, but I know that she will be such a blessing to those in her homeland as well!

Also, we were able to go as missionaries to celebrate the 25th anniversary of the falling of the Berlin Wall.  Humbling to be able to serve here at this time, and to honor the amazing Germans that I have had the honor of serving these last 18 months!  I love my mission!  Unfortunately, they built a wall a kilometer away because there were apparently too many people so we couldnt get any close than this, but still it was an awesome experience to be there!

Also...I am very humbled again by the opportunity to have worked with Bruder Max Koch, who passed away last night.  He was a miracle, and I feel so humbled and so grateful that I was able to see his testimony grow and see all that he did for the Lord.

He was truly an inspiration, and I am so grateful to know the plan of our loving Heavenly Father.  Life goes on.  Death has no sting and the grave no victory.  Because of Christ, there is no end.  I know that Bruder Koch is continuing to bless those in the next life, and I am so grateful and humbled that he was such a blessing in mine here!  I love my mission and I love those I serve.

I am so happy.  I love my mission and I love you all!  I am praying for you and looking forward to seeing you all in a few weeks!

Week #70 - 30 Days

Hallo Lovelies!!

So, I am a bit scatterbrained today....
......but I love you all!!

Old district and our goodbye to dear friends with Family Fawson!

Part of our new district!  I love the missionaries I serve with!

Today we went to the German Resistance Museum - a memorial for those who fought against Hilter and his followers.  I love serving a mission here and meeting the people.  They are so good.  I love them with all my heart.  I love being here surrounded by this history.  I love my mission.

And we see so many miracles!!!  LIKE JOSE!!!  We found him two weeks ago, taught him for the first time on Saturday, and GOODNESS that man was prepared, and he is preparng for baptism.  And then he came to church and had such a great time and the spanish members just loved him and took care of him and he cant wait to come again!  MIRACLE!!!
I love this church and I know it is true.  I love my mission.  It has changed me so much and I am so grateful for it.  I love you all.

Keep shining!
